I had my 17 week appointment today, and everything is great! I've gained 8 pounds overall, which is super, and I got to hear the heartbeat. It was scary for a minute cuz she had trouble finding BITO...I just prayed and prayed. =) It is humbling because you do realize before each appointment that it is out of your control. I will get to see BITO live via ultrasound in two weeks...yay! We are not finding out the sex of BITO, but there are days I wish we were, especially since we have the opportunity in two weeks. =) Stay warm! We're getting lots of snow and COLD weather...hoping for a delay at LEAST tomorrow.=)

I just read your blog today about your apointment.
So glad to hear that everything is going just fine.
It is so exciting to hear the baby's heart-beat! It is just amazing to say the least.
In fact, it the whole pregancy is a wonderful miracle from God above!
I want less snow too. It is pretty, but I do not want to get snow bound.
Don't worry about gaining weight, just eat healthy and God will give you a healthy baby and you will stay healthy too.

I'm glad your appointment went so well. I know it's easy to stress about how the baby is doing, especially when they're still not so easy to feeling moving about. By the way, I think it's time for another progress picture! :)
Man, I can't believe you're coming up on the half-way point already! It feels like time has slowed way down for me. :p Glad to hear things are well! :)
